All sales are final on perishable items such as flowers and food(s) due to the nature of these products and cannot be returned for a return or exchange.

Customer must seek returns and exchanges for branded electronic goods and items by reaching out directly to the brand. Hum Madadgar is a third party business and does not/cannot facilitate with this service.

Electronic items such as power-banks, bluetooth headphones and data cables must be returned within 7 days. A refund will be issued within 30 days provided the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels and tags intact and not damaged in any way shape or form. Electronic items can be exchanged within 12 months. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, labelling, tags and not damaged in any way, shape or form.

For perfumes and apparel, any item can be exchanged within 7 days of your package being delivered if the item is unused with the original tags/labelling still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from the customer who purchased the item. If applicable, refunds will be issued to the original customer only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
